About Ride #009
Ride #009 takes collectors across more than three decades of the hobby, blending familiar Topps staples, premium late-’90s and early-2000s releases, minor-league prospecting, international baseball, oddball fun, and some of today’s biggest modern chases.
The ride begins with ’90s and early-2000s variety, led by Stadium Club, Pacific Crown Collection, Bowman’s Best, Topps Finest, and Leaf. It’s a stretch of the hobby known for bold designs, sharp photography, premium finishes, and the experimentation that helped shape modern baseball cards.
From there, The Hobby Rolls On through traditional Topps releases and minor-league roots. 2006 Topps Series 2, 2007 Topps Series 1, 2011 Topps Series 2, and 2022 Topps Pro Debut bring a mix of rookies, stars, prospects, inserts, and classic flagship collecting.
Then come The Curveballs.
2013 Panini Cooperstown celebrates baseball legends, 2016 Topps Wacky Packages brings an unexpected dose of parody and hobby weirdness, and 2024 Topps NPB 206 takes the ride overseas with Japanese baseball presented through a vintage-inspired design.
Finally, Today’s Chase brings the lineup back to the modern hobby with 2023 Topps Chrome Update, 2026 Topps Series 2 All-Star Game, and 2026 Topps Finest — adding chrome shine, rookies, parallels, refractors, inserts, and modern chase potential to close out the ride.
The result is a deliberately varied rip built around the many different ways baseball cards have evolved while still keeping the simple fun of opening packs at the center of the experience.
No repacks. No filler. No snake oil.
