Managing Your Roundup Box Subscription

How to Subscribe

Eligible subscription products will display Purchase Options on the product page.

1. Select “Roundup Club”
Click the radio button next to Roundup Club. A filled dot will appear to confirm your selection.

2. Choose how you’d like to check out

Add to Cart to continue shopping

Buy with Shop to purchase immediately using Shop Pay

3. Complete checkout
Once checkout is complete, your subscription will be active

Subscription renewal period is listed under the product title in the upper right section (Ex. Monthly). The amount and renewal period is also listed at the bottom of the right side section (Ex Recurring subtotal $55.24 every month).  

Note: the recurring subtotal does not include shipping and taxes which are recalculated when your subscription renews based on your current shipping address, current shipping rates and current tax laws. 

How to Make Changes to Your Subscription

Access Your Subscription Settings

1) Go to your Account page
(If necessary, Log in using the email associated with your order.)

2) Click “Subscriptions” at the top of the page
(This section was previously labeled “Customer Portal.”)


What You Can Do on the Subscriptions Page

From here, you can:

Edit items (upgrade or downgrade your tier)

Skip an upcoming order

Reschedule your next payment


How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Subscription

1) Under “Items,” click “Edit”
This will open the Edit Subscription Items screen.

2) Search for available tiers
In the Find Products field, type “Roundup.”
(We’re actively working to simplify this so only Roundup tiers appear automatically, eliminating the need to search/filter.)

3) Add your new tier
Click Add on the tier you’d like to switch to.

Remove your previous tier
Under Current Items, click Remove on the tier you no longer want.
Example: Add Gold (15 Packs) → Remove Copper (5 Packs).

Click “Save”
The button is located in the bottom-right corner. Your changes are now complete.


Helpful Notes

Changes must be made before the monthly cutoff date to apply to the next shipment.

If you don’t see your changes reflected immediately, refresh the page or log out and back in.
