Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Roundup Box Exception:
Roundup Boxes ship during the first week of the following month.

  • Sign up by the 25th (11:59 PM MST) → ships the upcoming month
  • Sign up after the 25th → ships the following month

Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items will not ship until their listed release date.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Free shipping on all orders — no added fees at checkout (taxes may apply).

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Carrier-calculated and expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you prefer faster delivery.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, holidays, etc.).


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship nationwide within the United States.


🌎 International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, but plan to expand in the future.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.


⚠️ Damaged or Lost Packages

Every order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of both the packaging and the item.

If a package is lost or delayed in transit, we’ll do our best to assist in locating it or filing a claim with the carrier.

Please note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


📅 Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship on or around their stated release date.

Release dates are determined by manufacturers and may change. We do our best to keep listings updated, but recommend checking the manufacturer’s site for the most current information.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it may ship together once all items are available.

If you’d prefer your in-stock items to ship sooner, please:

  • Place separate orders, or
  • Contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate
