Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Certain products at Arthur’s Cards & Collectibles may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. This policy explains how those purchases may be changed or canceled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize recurring charges and deliveries according to the frequency and terms shown at checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely and charged for each scheduled renewal unless the subscription is canceled.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link provided in your order or subscription confirmation emails. Canceling your subscription will prevent future renewals.

For Arthur’s Roundup Box subscriptions, an individual box may also be canceled for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once the box has shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. However, it may still be eligible for return as a discretionary return under our Return and Refund Policy, provided the Arthur’s security seal remains completely intact and all other return requirements are met.

Canceling an individual Roundup Box order does not necessarily cancel future subscription renewals. If you wish to end your subscription entirely, please cancel the subscription through your subscription management page or contact us for assistance.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is expected to become available at a later date.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, payment is collected at the time the order is placed.

A pre-order may be canceled before it has been processed for fulfillment or shipped. Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Manufacturer release dates are estimates and may change. Delays or release-date changes do not automatically cancel a pre-order.

If a pre-order is canceled and approved before fulfillment, any amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded to the original payment method.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and eligibility after an order has been fulfilled are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
